Employee Owned - really decent pay - great benefits - bonuses - good, friendly team players.

Growing pains along with a new software system - will fix itself soon.

employee stock options are excellent

Cons

Lousy work life balance. No merit raises. No path for internal advancement. Senior Leadership team one of the worst in the industry. Rampant turnover in technical staff and management.
