      Pros

      Employee Stock Ownership, used to have good bonuses but not any more, used to have a great culture but not anymore

      Cons

      Senior Management has all been changed over the past few years. New managers are negative. No clear process, but expected to understand new procedures. No communication any more. Went from a Team work/Collaborative environment to finger pointing and blaming.

      Web is employee-owned and has a very good culture. It is growing and a successful company.

      No real big cons. I have a lot of respect for Web.
