      Pros

      decent pay if you know how to sell your worth. Not a lot of strenuous physical work. The composite business is growing and expanding as new plane parts are gearing to be manufactured with composite material.

      Cons

      long 12 hr shifts with 1 hour total break time, taken all at once or split into 2. Management is not very organized, overall communication amongst the uppers needs a lot of improvement

      Employee owned, great culture , diverse product lines, small company, good growth potential (the business and individual)

      Sometimes low solidarity due to high social culture, can allow individuals to underperform without being challenged or held accountable

      Pros

      Employee owned-profit sharing for employees can be a decent extra paycheck. No night shifts so there is no working or getting switched to overnight Company professes the desire to have work/life balance

      Cons

      District manager has pushed out best management people at most profitable plant to replace with some that are not qualified. No regard for current business which is supporting all locations and headquarters with its profits. Most plants are not making a profit now. Too much emphasis on getting opinions from everyone at times. Company thinks that since it is employee owned, workers will not leave and takes advantage of that Work/life balance and company values are just talk. Management actions don't match.
