Pros

decent pay if you know how to sell your worth. Not a lot of strenuous physical work. The composite business is growing and expanding as new plane parts are gearing to be manufactured with composite material.

Cons

long 12 hr shifts with 1 hour total break time, taken all at once or split into 2. Management is not very organized, overall communication amongst the uppers needs a lot of improvement

Great Pay, Great people, Manager seems to really care about his employees.

Cons

Being a contract manufacturer you're at the mercy of the company Web is making parts for. When there was a sudden drop in the need for the product we were making they where forced to lay off 80-90% of the workers with No notice. Everyone just shows up for work like any other Monday morning and we're told there is a company wide meeting. That's when we were told to pack up our belongings and leave. I was blindsided in the worst way but it is what it is.
