We value all of our current and former employee’s feedback, and take reviews seriously. Web has seen extraordinary growth over the past decade, and we've experienced our share of growing pains along the way. Our goal is to build an employee owned company that honors our culture and values while creating a path forward for sustainable growth. Thank you for your feedback; we are always looking to for ways to make Web Industries a better place to work.

Pros

Decent job and pay. If your able to keep your job.

Cons

Managers are all about the " family " atmosphere but nothing could be further than the truth. If the clique do not like you, your out. I had a slip and fall shoveling out to get to work. I had to call out that day. I worked the rest of the week, some pain but was able to do my job. Did my job just as good if not better than others on their phones all day and doing as little as possible. They were manager favorites. Hence the clique mentality. I followed the rules, never late and worked hard to learn new processes. On Friday a supervisor asked how I was and I said achy but fine. Suggested I take off a bit early and get some rest over the weekend. When I got home I was told I was not needed anymore via text. This happened to several people in the short time I was there. Said I was unable to do the job. We were told to have steel toe boots, people showed up in slippers. They had to have meetings for employees to tell them to pull up their pants. Employees told several times to not where ripped jeans and shirts, they still show up. Constant reminders about no phones, employees on the phone all day. Its a clique, it's favorites. It's High School mentality.

Pros

Can own your work as long as you do it and stay accountable.

Cons

Obvious discrimination and under payment of employees. The upper management does not know how to act around people of color - because they have not hired many of them.
