Pros
I consider myself incredibly fortunate to work for an employer that exceeds expectations in so many aspects. From the moment I joined, I have experienced nothing but positive vibes and a sense of belonging. One of the standouts at WebFX is how much they emphasize career growth and development. The promotion opportunities are abundant with so many new departments, products, services, acquisitions. The team is growing globally which has been neat just to in a way experience different cultures and have so much more expertise coming in. Just this week, we had 100s of team members in for a week long visit in Harrisburg and getting to spend all of that time together has been such a treat. I am proud to be part of a global team that embraces diversity wholeheartedly. There is good energy in the office and just working as part of the team overall. The company has done very well and you can sense how commited everybody is and it makes it easier to come into the office every day. Way different than some of my past employers. All in all, I feel truly grateful to be part of this exceptional organization that takes care of its employees in every possible way.
Cons
There are some growing pains here and there. Sometimes it's tough to know other peoples schedules with the flexible hours and booking meetings can be challenging (also hard to find an open conference room in the office). Google Meet doesn't always work properly. The team is a little younger overall with a lot of people starting here as their first job. Not really a con but it does make it a different environment in a lot of ways.
