      Pros

      literally been named the best place to work in PA many times over, a few of my most memorable moments were the companywide trip to mexico for a week last year and when we have fxfest every year...the whole team from around the globe travels to harrisburg for a week for training and plenty of events. i've met so many awesome people through webfx and have really learned a lot...i didn't know a ton of front end out of college but was willing to learn and they took a chance on me. fantastic place to work.

      Cons

      no company is perfect...the office is a little crammed with desks in every nook and cranny. it's in a city so parking can be limited. some of the resources in training are a little outdated.

      Pros

      Fantastic coworkers & clients, super smart and open leadership...the CEO is more approachable here than any other company I've worked, flexible schedules and general laid back atmosphere, in-house barista and coffee bar that is paid for by the company, close to Little Amps and other good lunch options (Try Alvaros!), pay and bonuses.

      Cons

      You'll get a client or two (if client facing) that has unrealistic expectations or more abrasive personality. A late night for me every couple of months if something urgent happens.

      So many growth opportunities

      I love my job and the people I work with! Seriously everyone is great and gets along really well and is dedicated to their work. There are a ton of growth opportunities because the company is growing so quickly, and I've only really ever seen them promote internally - all of our management team has been here for years and most, if not all, of them started in entry level roles.

      Cons

      It can be a lot to learn and you have to be able to adapt quickly as things change as fast as Google since we are growing so rapidly, but I personally prefer an environment like that since I get bored easily. Also if you want downtime in a role, this isn't that.
