      Good benefits, great people, equipment stipend

      Cons

      The first 6 months at WebFX were great but do not let your guard down. They use every excuse, including natural disasters, to hold against you. You will never be fully secure instead there will be a false sense of security. Your personal and professional life will be monitored and controlled all the time. Once you speak up, they will find an excuse to get rid of you and make you sign non-disclosures so that you cannot talk about it. Overall, this is the worst place to work and people are incentivized to say otherwise.

      WebFX provides so many opportunities to learn and grow in your career. I have has so many opportunities to be mentored by others at WebFX. The team is committed to doing the best work they can to drive results for clients and contribute to a positive work environment. Communication from leadership and across teams is thoughtful, transparent, and clear. I am so grateful to be a part of this team. There are so many programs within work and outside of work to explore your interests, make connections, and get involved.

      Flexibility for more frequent options to work from home does come later in tenure.
