      Wishing for a bit more flexibility

      Pros

      Our team genuinely cares about each other's growth. Seeing my colleagues collectively enhance their skills, especially around analytics and client management, has been motivating. Plenty of good perks like everybody mentions. The 3HAG trip coming up to Mexico! Gorgeous office space.

      Cons

      A little more flexibility in working hours or locations could go a long way, especially when you have a lot going on outside of work

      Pros

      I recently switched to a new role within the company and things have been going well so far. The team has been incredibly supportive, especially as I've navigated new systems and had to focus on my analytical skills. Having encouragement to find a new role within the company was welcome. The leadership team does care about finding the right spots for people and have always been open to my feedback/concerns. Overall, I've had a good run here so far.

      Cons

      More structured checkpoints with projects, more mentoring would've made the post-training days early in my career easier to get up to speed.
