Instead, Bill and Karie made it clear that family comes first. They supported parents with flexible schedules and never made us feel guilty when kids popped into Zoom meetings. That level of empathy and support extends to everything they do - from the FXLearns program that's helped me earn certifications to the random surprises like food truck Wednesdays and company-wide celebrations.
