Fresh out of college, I couldn't have asked for a better first job in digital marketing. The training program is comprehensive, and they pair you with experienced mentors who genuinely want to see you succeed. The happiness team is wonderful and makes the transition seamless and onboarding exciting. The company culture is young and energetic, with lots of team-building activities and social events. Yes, it's fast-paced and demanding, but that's helped me grow professionally more quickly than I expected. The collaborative atmosphere makes even the most challenging projects manageable.

Over my four years here, I've watched WebFX consistently put employees first in meaningful ways. Thoughtful cards, cost of living bonuses, new programs for employees, helping fund STEM classes in local schools, trip to Mexico for the whole company, yummy coffee bar drinks, expanding new parent leave, increasing 401k match…I”ll stop there lol

There is like ebbs and flows to how busy we are. SOmetimes it's not too bad and then other weeks or months, everything seems to happen and it's hard to work like that.

The training program is comprehensive and ongoing, with the FXLearns platform providing constant opportunities for growth. I particularly appreciate how the company balances professional development with personal wellbeing - the snack wall, gym access, and flexible scheduling show they understand what makes a workplace truly enjoyable.

Cons

The main drawbacks center around the learning curve and pace. New hires often face a steep learning curve as they adjust to our processes and high standards. I think this learning curve is often steeper than management realizes and that can be stressful.
