one of the few forward thinking tech companies headquartered in central PA. good vibes in the office and welcoming/inclusive coworkers. super friendly people from the recruiters through the interview process to your managers. access to lots of resources, both software and FX Learns materials. gave a cost of living raise to the whole company this year. overall, a good place to work and have a long term career.
Cons
stress varies from week to week but can be high. there is pressure to perform your best with the company growing and so many ambitious goals. construction noise is a constant distraction if you are working in the headquarters, from both the city and various office expansion projects. label food better for events for those of us with allergies.
