Pros

Some of the best reasons to work at WebFX: raises/comp, smart coworkers, company is still founder led, company started locally, fast growth, attainable promotions, active in local community service, also lots of global impact with donations, workload is manageable most of the time (see cons), training program is good early on and lots of future training if you pursue it

Cons

Some of the downsides: have to work past 8 hours when needed to finish client work, client demands vary from extremely reasonable to extremely unreasonable, company is very young so kind be kind of harder to make friends if you are older, always construction going on around the office from expansion, commuting in is tough to find parking if you like to start your day later, client best practices change a lot and it can be overwhelming to keep up with everything going on in an industry like digital marketing

Smart company and leadership, usually ahead of the curve, detailed training program with coaches and trainers that are happy and eager to answer questions and help you, plenty of advancement and growth opportunities in same or different departments, transparency around goals and how the company is doing, raises/promotions, feedback around how to progress in your career is given in a clear manner, flexibility options

Cons

Company is working hard to expand and grow so can be challenging to keep up and complete things that should be easy - like who sits in what desk, what is somebody's job title, where to find notebooks. More documentation in general is needed. I would like more frequent feedback too - the feedback I get is helpful but having it biweekly or monthly instead of quarterly would be good.

My headline says it all! Positive, hardworking and intelligent people who are passionate about what they do create a good culture and work environment. You couldn't find a workplace with better people, and the rest follows!

Cons

I've been here for 9 years, and seen very very little turnover anywhere in our company, it's just genuinely a good place to work
