Since I've joined we have seen the company grow in size, the software improve, the business thrive. - Success is reinvested into the company - regular updates to software, processes, state of the art technology so we can do the absolute best work it takes to be the best in the industry. - Leadership really tries to work with you, consider your unique strengths, and skills and is supportive and understanding. They are in your court and have supported me even when I've had to navigate stuff outside of work. - Amazing perks and programs - ongoing learning perks that have provided me with literal vacations to other countries. - We have this thing called the BHAG which is taking the whole company on a retreat, which is a really incredible experience.
