      Pros

      The work has been really fun lately with lots of new projects coming on board. The company is helathy and growing steadily. I've enjoyed working across teams more on bigger projects. Pay is decent for Central PA. Good amount of transparency around goals, company performance, finances.

      Cons

      It's hard to carve out dedicated reflection time amidst constant demands. Strategic thinking often feels sidelined by urgent tasks. More retirement match. Better benefits

      Pros

      A stable and healthy company that is well run. I remember when I started how structured the onboarding was even then. The company measures a lot and watches things down to the decimal point which has served them well. I worked there during COVID and some of the harder economic times and appreciated they endured that without layoffs, showing their financial stability and commitment to staff.

      Cons

      Some internal processes could be streamlined to reduce administrative overhead. A lot of stuff lives in Google Sheets and is overly manual. Not enough of an office presence in larger cities for me.
