Pros
well run business, leadership plans and communicates well, good pay/benefits/perks, insurance prices haven't gone up in a few years, plenty of in and out of office benefits to enjoy, high standards and customer approach
Cons
tons and tons of projects coming through, mostly small in nature from a dev perspective and the support queue never seems to end. it can get tiring after a while
