Pros

Many excellent managers who are interested in two things I wholeheartedly agree on, driving the technology to the next level & leaving work on time!!! Relaxed and generally very friendly environment

Cons

The graphics department lacks leadership. The person who currently manages the group has let go of any designers that were any threat in replacing him which means all you have left are a bunch of low skilled jokers with neanderthal social skills that are pretty much his 'buds'. Thankfully my interaction with them in minimal

Looks good on a resume, don't expect a career

Pros

Decent benefits, stock options provided, company reputation looks good on your resume, nice people. The office is clean, bright, quiet, comfortable; management has glass offices. Great holiday and summer parties!

Cons

I worked there for years and saw how inefficiently everything is run. It's a very flat corporate structure and so difficult to get promoted (even after logging in tons of overtime, you still get screwed) Communication between BU's and particularly from your own group leader is non-existent. Everyone finds out about information at the last minute even if it will be affecting your role and management has known about it for months. This became very frustrating because even if you have expertise or own the product noone will ask for your suggestions. This is because it may make your manager look bad and he/she is only concerned about fighting for their own promotions. Raises are minimal and they'd rather restructure a group than promote anyone. So forget about a career here.
