      Pros

      To be in a niche market, currently the online medical content industry does not have too many competitors. May take advantage of the ecommerce culture.

      Cons

      No clear organization structures. Lack of support from senior management in ensuring workplace fairness and human resources virtually a no-go location if employees had grievance to file regarding the unprofessional behavior of certain senior managers.

      -OK benefits package Recognition amongst the general public

      Cons

      - Headline says it all. - Top down management style. Nothing moves without at least 3 managers getting involved and talking about how a problem needs to be tackled. Nobody asks opinion of folks who are actually working in the trenches. If you are not a manager, your opinion doesn't count.. PMs with no technical/specialized knowledge will make decisions on feasibility -Broken feedback and annual review process - Career quagmire
