Pros

The best reason to work for WebMD in Atlanta is the pay. It's higher than other places for the same type of work.

Cons

The downside to working here is that everyone is not treated equally. The new people, especially those who are contractors and not permanent employees, tend to be treated like second class citizens.

-Great office space -Coworkers are great -Product orientation is ok

Cons

- Disconnect between management and employees - PM Department would rather have quantity staffing with inexperienced entry level personnel with limited training rather than quality experienced managers due to salary=experience - Unrealistic workload expectations -Factory type production line. No creativity or strategy -Encouraged feedback to make processes and procedures for company/department improvement are frowned upon and disregarded
