3rd shift schedule is ideal 10p-6a, company provides most protective gear (safety glasses, work gloves, etc.), decent work environment, great benefits and pay.

Cons

Not what I was expecting after going through orientation, slow paced, supervisors are doing the best they can with what they have, HR is hard to contact working 3rd shift, disorganized, no pre shift meetings or briefings make it difficult to know what quality standards have changed (they change everyday), need better leadership.
