Too much politics and plant employees fighting for scraps. A Lot of backstabbing at the plant and very unhealthy/toxic working culture at this place. A lot of constant turnover at the W1 plant due to the facility constantly trying to squeeze people like they were lemons ready for the picking....The German corporate dictatorship made these people work 7- 12 hour shifts for months on end in 2020 after the shutdown due to the OEMs trying to meet their numbers. The place was simply just a nut house some days! The thing I could not stand the most was the clueless corporate people from W4 acting like they were Gods and just making people miserable at the plant. Webasto rated as a top 100 company in Oakland County....hahahahha what a total scam of a company. The place is literally bleeding money right now and will not succeed. Webasto has serious issues right now and if Ford shuts down their Plymouth Detroit plant due to ineptitude that might be the last straw... job seekers you have been warned!

As a salary worker, I work close to 12 hrs a day on average. During peak times, it can shoot up to 15 to 17 hrs/day including hours on the weekend. Management does not care about their employees but chant that Webasto is all about "family". Some departments are irresponsible and dump their work on other functions. Terrible implementation during go live so all employees are under trained.
