New employees aren’t aware of the little pto they would receive and the micro Managment in the hire process, no float holidays, no Sick, inky 5 paid holidays, Nepo babies, controlling, and stressful leaving you to make mistakes, you have to be the perfect person, politics

Pros

Salary, benefits good. Webber only recruit good people that is smart and capable. Vehicle program be very nice.

Cons

Foreman and crews not held responsible for nothing. Workload often exceeds the amount of staff needed to complete. 60 plus hour weeks is normal. No uniformity in tracking work performed or accounting. Every job has a different spreadsheet for every different thing and none are same.
