Pros

Salary, benefits good. Webber only recruit good people that is smart and capable. Vehicle program be very nice.

Cons

Foreman and crews not held responsible for nothing. Workload often exceeds the amount of staff needed to complete. 60 plus hour weeks is normal. No uniformity in tracking work performed or accounting. Every job has a different spreadsheet for every different thing and none are same.

Everything? The environment is open and welcoming. The culture is open and welcoming. I don't know about other locations, but The Woodlands location has people who engage with one another like family. The C-suite doesn't look down on the "workers." They embrace them. Talk to them like people and are warm and welcoming. The company encourages their employees to learn and grow. They WANT their employees to become better versions of themselves. No one is blocking your path up the ladder. They light it up so you can follow a path to your own growth.

Cons

It's a drive to get to the office. Though, that's not webber's fault.
