Benefits are okay, webco pays the lions share of the cost. Shop floor employees are a good group to work with

The shifts are long and demanding, floor employees are always tasked with making up for managements mistakes and poor planning.

Close family like environment. Easy to make friends and the jobs are exciting. Upper management cares about its employees. You can see the affects of your work

Cons

Not a huge company so might not get paid as much as some other places. If you don't like getting your hands dirty this isn't the place for you
