Pros
Everyone has been really welcoming and supportive since I started here. The office has a laid back atmosphere though everyone works really hard. You can go over to just about anyone for help with questions and people spend time getting to know each other. People ride scooters, work on beanbag chairs, and they play employee submitted music playlists on the office speakers.
The hiring process is straightforward and there aren't really any surprises, mine just took longer than normal (about 2 months) though it was due to my own limited availability, which they were very good at working with.
Cons
There aren't really any food options walking distance from the main office, though I tend to forget to step outside anyways.
