Pros

Great atmosphere, awesome company with tons of growth potential. Was given a lot of ownership from the beginning, which is great, I got to show them what I can do. My manager is pretty laid back and supportive, always open to discuss anything and provide guidance. The SF Office is pretty diverse, they are doing better than most tech companies I've seen.

Cons

The Healthcare benefits are great, but they used to be better. I get it, the company is growing, but I'll miss the free dental. Also, they use BetterWorks, not a big fan of it.

Pros

I have found WebDAM to be at the forefront of the industry and the focus on innovation puts the company in a very exciting position. All the perks of working for start up company with the invaluable benefit of the experienced leadership team.

Cons

With the rapid growth, there are times where resources can be stretched thin but teamwork and group effort make it worth it!

Pros

People genuinely love what they do at WebDAM. There is lots of opportunity for growth and collaboration is happening everywhere. There is seemingly a great relationship with our parent company and the culture is well aligned. Management is very engaged and vested in the success of the team and company.

Cons

Everyone works hard but it pays off.
