Good office location, good list of clients, good experience

Cons

No feedback on projects, no true on boarding process. Managers seem to be overworked. If you don't start your career here, it's hard to pick up the culture, ways of working and bonds with coworkers

Cons

-Not the most transparent review process and leadership -Pay for lower level staff is below industry standard -Not the best invectives for moving up higher in the company. Management and above seem to struggle with work life balance. Senior team members were constantly working late at night
