Pros

-Cool office -Hip vibe -Mostly nice people

Cons

-Salary is awful and not competitive, no bonus or incentive structure -Benefits are awful, coverage is poor, hard to use effectively, 401k match doesn't vest for 3 years (you lose all employer contributions) -Classic corporate vibe, PR company that spins its own craft on its employees and expects them to thank them for telling lies -Required hours tracking down to the 15 minute slot, no overtime, unrealistic (hidden) utilization targets, low opportunity for advancement -Plenty of back-patting, but no tangible recognition of benefits -Claims to be forward-thinking and progressive but supports some of the worlds most detrimental companies, with strong ties in corporate healthcare, fossil fuels, fast food manufacturers and many more -Punishes employees for deviating from corporate culture, CEO and local leaders feel like fake personalities; lots of fancy lip service to good causes and employee support, but again, none of it is backed up by actual action.

Pros

Exposure to high level clients

Cons

This company claims that they value teamwork and their employees but in my experience, couldn't be further from the truth. Unless you're a manager or higher (even then) they don't care about your thoughts or opinions- you're there to do the dirty work and not get a single thank you. No work life balance at all, completely underpaid, and the workplace culture is so incredibly toxic. A thankless job that feels never ending, long hours, no gratitude, culture is terrible. They offer zero training and expect you to know exactly what to do, and then get in trouble when you mess up. Constantly get told the "PR not ER" phrase even though they act like everything is ER
