Pros

Free coffee? Only one I can think of.

Cons

People are extremely rude and closed minded. You are expected to work long hours, like 8am-8pm, even if you have nothing to do, as well as holidays. I was told I could not take a lunch. Supervisors micro-manage junior staff to no end. It is frowned upon to ask for help if you don't understand something.

Pros

You will be part of a global company with an extensive network of offices and colleagues. You get to work for great clients, leaders in their fields. Additionally you have a friendly corporate culture that is conducive to growth.

Cons

Like in any agency, you may work long hours for big client pitches that may never end up as clients.

Pros

If you're starting out, then this is the place for you. It has good clients and travel opportunities.

Cons

A very political system that is unnecessarily stressful. Poor salary. A company that just wants profit.
