One of the worst....

Pros

Pretty good clients and some talented co-workers. The name looks good on a resume. I wish I could speak volumes about how good it was but that was not my experience.

Cons

The way leadership treats the staff is terrible. I worked there for several years and it got progressively worse. Favoritism, harassment and public flogging are the norm. The pay is not up to industry standards and then they expect you to work twice as hard as another agency. Its a revolving door and sweat shop mentality.

Pros

Great smart people, cool accounts, perks of working for a large agency

Cons

Really slow at adapting to change in accounts or clients, leading to overworked teams and positions left unfilled for too long
