Pros

The culture at Weber Shandwick is phenomenal- the benefits, growth opportunities, mix of "work hard play hard" and recognition. The opportunities to work on all types of accounts and with team members in other offices is unique, too.

Cons

The work-life balance is a little off. While the company is very generous with its paid time off, it can be difficult to actually use that time to step away.

Pros

Really cool clients and fun projects. Super smart people and great facilities.

Cons

No work life balance. Forget taking lunch. Forget having a weekend or anything you like to do outside of work. They basically own your life.

Totally gets that PR isn't PR anymore. Hired amazing new talent like creatives, strategy, social mobile digital.

Cons

Publicly held makes quick change tough. Not all people understand the changes in the industry. Most do, however.
