Pros

Lots of really smart people. Great clients. Great work. Like working here. The culture is fast.

Cons

Focused solely on billable hours. Recruiting takes a long time. HR and Finance extremely policy driven. Not enough focus on learning or developing people.

We appreciate you sharing your feedback and that you’ve had a positive experience here. This summer we introduced our partnership with Lynda.com, which allows 24-hour web-based access to over 3,500 courses. We hope you will find this resource a helpful addition to our other internal training resources available on WS.edu.

Pros

Opportunity to be part of a global company; opportunities to work cross-practice; supportive colleagues. Lots of emphasis on team building and social activities and intelligent an interesting colleagues.

Cons

Can be long hours and a lack of support from the most senior staff, the fact that the company issues mobile phones that don't work and then expect you to respond when you are out of the office

Pros

Very passionate and caring individuals. Not a self promoting culture. Leaders/managers open to other views and ideas. Have an idea? - develop it, get buy in, take ownership and execute.

Cons

Opportunity for more direct and honest feedback throughout the year. Practices are a bit silo-ed - more communication across the agency would be beneficial and foster a greater sense of community outside of our practice groups.

Thanks for your feedback. We pride ourselves on our entrepreneurial culture, so it’s great to hear that’s been your experience here thus far. We’re continuing to introduce additional training opportunities for all employees, as this is important to us as well.
