Culture is nice. Supportive team members but too much work load.

Pros

Helpful team members. There are quite a few perks of being associated with this company.

Cons

Junior members aren’t allowed too many leaves.

Pros

Weber let’s you develop your own path and doesn’t force people into developing their careers in a particular direction if it isn’t right for them.

Cons

Because Weber encourages independence, sometimes more junior staff can become overwhelmed and disillusioned. A shame as there is a lot of opportunity, but they have to be quite tough from the beginning.
