      Pros

      The culture is amazing - I've never been with a group that can be so supportive and so competitive at the same time. My team manager really cared about us, our career development, and went out of their way to make sure we got the recognition we deserved. The hours were also very reasonable.

      Cons

      Decently high turnover and some teams seemed to be cliquish.

You get the opportunity to help shape the firm as we grow rapidly and evolve. It has a super collaborative and open culture and global network that's truly connected.

      Cons

      Teams work hard and sometimes long hours, but that's the nature of the business.
