      Pros

      Great people, challenging and creative work, fun and collaborative culture. I think management genuinely cares about employee growth and development, and overall I'd say it's a great place to work.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy and pressure (double digit growth every year) that come with being owned by a publicly traded company, but I'd say that's consistent with most large agencies.

      Collaboration between offices and some stellar talent throughout the network.

      Cons

      Lack of qualified leadership as it pertains to worldwide management of production, design and development. A severe lack of communication, relevant thought leadership and a clique culture that does not allow for empowerment, mentorship, inclusion and constant feedback.

      Great people. Young and creative environment. Encourage collaboration and fairness. Friendly and supportive of a strong work-life-balance.

      Cons

      Majority of employees have never worked outside of an agency environment. Lacking strength in basic corporate and international business acumen. Leadership is very passive-aggressive. They do not hold people accountable for poor leadership.
