Stable. Global heads have a really good vision about the company.

Cons

Very limited growth structure. Too many heads, few junior people. Training of people are also limited, tend to burn people out trying to figure out process.

Extremely low salary, barely any benefits as an employee, and they say there is an incentive scheme but no one seems to have received any
