Pros

Management make an effort to make a good company culture, some offices give additional days of leave (e.g. Birthday leave). One of the better agencies in Apac though for sure.

Cons

Not well paid, junior positions are very administrative. If you're not local you literally can spend hours a day proofing copy. Promotion slower than in the US.

Pros

Smart people, great culture and a wealth of opportunities. I've learned so much during my time at Weber and am looking forward to learning more.

Cons

Clients are over serviced but the quality of the work is always put first so that is understandable. At times creative concepts put forward outside of the creative department seem to hold less value.
