Pros

Creative environment that provides professionals with ample opportunity to grow their career. Strong emphasis on professional development and team building. Strong consumer practice.

Cons

Corporate practice is burgeoning but needs to better compete with Fleishman, Edelman, Ketchum and Burson. Emphasis on fun -- possibly too much.
