Pros

I've never had the opportunity to be exposed to so many senior leaders so quickly in a position. So many great opportunities to help drive visible change. The benefits here are far superior to my prior Fortune 100 employer.

Cons

Sometimes it would be helpful to have the opportunity to meet employees from other offices, especially when you work with them frequently, but I feel like this will come in time.

Pros

Office culture was good and fun though there is a lot of cold wars among managers. The agency has good clients worldwide. They allowed sabbaticals if you wanted to travel and explore the world. But you'd have to give atleast a 2 month notice. Quite flexible in work life balance.

Cons

The managers take a position of vendors than consultants and doesn't set the expectation of clients. The brunt of it will be borne by the the lower position employees who will have to stalk journalists to get a story that isn't even news worthy. No ethics or integrity when it comes to client delivery.
