Pros

-Clients/brands you have the opportunity to work on

Cons

-Poor senior management (senior management is very inexperienced) -So many office politics (they reward/promote those who schmooze vs. recognizing hard work) -High employee turnover -Constant account changes (switching employees to different accounts to try to make up for the turnover)

Pros

Being part of a network, having access to 'sister' agencies, having access to experts from all areas of the communication industry, possibilities to move from one office to another.

Cons

Lots of red tape, high cost, too many people who arent revenue generating; they hire you by saying you will join a big family but will fire you as soon as there arent enough clients
