      Pros

      You can move up very quickly and have connections to a large network across the agency. You can also collaborate with people from other offices.

      Cons

      We don't have an office that is very fancy or offers many benefits for employees. I would also say that the salaries are fairly low for how much work you do.

      Firm has a collaborative culture and a strong global network. Creates opportunities to work on interesting assignments across practice areas and geographies. Given depth and breadth of expertise attracts leading clients in different industry sectors.

      Pros

      Good senior leadership, ambition to be at the forefront of PR and marketing, willing embrace of innovation, a willingness to invest in talent

      Cons

      The absence of a unfiied corporate culture makes the "experience" of Weber Shandwick widly different from office to office. Some offices are meat grinders, while others are as perfect a place to work as you could hope for.
