Pros

Better than local firms in Chicago.

Cons

Money is pretty garbage unless you're in the top 3% of the company.

Pros

There are a lot of very smart, talented people working at WS. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with folks across teams and offices, and people are always very willing to jump in and lend a hand.

Cons

Because of the size of the organization, you can sometimes get lost in the shuffle. It helps to have a great relationship with your manager and communicate with him/her often. The work/life balance tends to shift to the work side of the scale, so be prepared for long hours.
