Pros

The people, the size of accounts and projects, the resources and talent. Weber Shandwick has some excellent blue-chip accounts and it's large network allows you to work across the region and the globe. There is great opportunity to carve out a career at Weber but you will need to campaign for what you want.

Cons

In a nutshell, too much work for too long. Management don't hire ahead of the curve and so good people leave because they feel overworked

Pros

Great friendships culminated from intern program Wonderful networking opportunties Lots of opportunities to see how industry works Work with talented people and different, high-caliber accounts Faced paced environment allows growth Great for resume

Cons

Intern program is revolving door policy- many interns in and out Duties can be administrative, some employees take advantage of your title Can be difficult to set yourself apart Job not guaranteed- many interns extended several times and not hired Overall impersonal internship experience
