Pros

Opportunities to learn, working interesting accounts and genuinely 'add value' Positive office/section culture Industry leader Good Ts and Cs Good approach to training and development

Cons

Revenue growth targets are set very high but with little reference to the means of achieving them, and no relation to individual remuneration (i.e. there's no incentive for people to work hard towards improve share price, profit margins etc)
