Pros

You get to work with some of the best thinkers in the industry on clients that make a difference in their field. Agency is truly global and there are opportunities to work in other offices. Strong investments have been made to bring many resources in-house to offer clients a truly integrated campaign

Cons

Long hours and little financial reward. Benefits are distinctly average. Internal comms can be non-existent.
