Pros

The compensation and work-life balance at Weber is great, once you get to the manager level. Depending on what team and client you are on, the culture can also be great. The office as a whole does not have a strong and inviting environment by certain teams and clients definitely can.

Cons

Weber is not focused on digital in any way. They say they have digital clients in their roles will be based on digital analytics and social media. It comes down to it Weber is a PR agency first. Leadership on the "digital" teams do not have any digital experience. The work environment is toxic. You will always be thrown under the bus and you never feel like you're part of a team, but rather you're on your own. Just stay away if you want to work in digital.

Great exposure to high-profile clients Free food in the office most of the time

Cons

Overworks you, tells you not to work overtime but does not cut workload, long nights in the office, everyone hates their job, everyone has a designated “crying” spot because at least 2 people cry every week

Horrible place to work

Pros

Working on "big" name clients

Cons

The most backwards, relentless place you could ever imagine. It's a drama-fest. People talk about each other behind one's back, work barely gets done, clients leave all the time, no new business wins, monique smelley. They claim work/life balance, but you are constantly on call. DO NOT WORK HERE. also re: career opportunities, performance doesn't matter. the only thing that matters is how much ppl like you. they also are BLEEDING business. it's a horrid place.
