Pros

Small office, tight-night team and an amazing boss made this a great place to work. It's cheesy, but the best part of my job were the people I worked with on a day-to-day basis.

Cons

Smaller satellite offices are managed (or ignored) by a larger, regional office. Our small office was neglected and often forgotten. The company placed a hiring and promotional freeze on all offices in mid-2009 and began laying people off shortly thereafter. The company is highly impersonal, every bit the corporate PR company.
