Pros

Strong global network, good brands to work on, good industry reputation, good teams depending on which office. Fairly flexible depending on the clients you work on.

Cons

24/7 work mentatility. Very territorial in terms of clients, budgets and sharing resources. Limited quality development tools and training for junior staff. Client work and seven figure budgets take priority over everything else.

Global network, collaboration among team members, understanding staff, diversity of clients, access to cutting edge communications tools, ability to vacation in cities and still work in local WS offices

Cons

Lots of bureaucracy, favoritism, too much process that gets in the way of moving up, low pay, potential ability to be segmented into particular role
