Pros

Competent management, understanding when need to take time off, training, good location, opportunities to move to other departments, good name on the CV as it is a global company.

Cons

Often have to work long hours, hierarchical, often have value of work overlooked, departments do not often work together so not very integrated.

Pros

Great benefits (aside from financial compensation.) Lots of opportunities to learn and grow. If you are one of the "favorites" you're ascent will be much quicker.

Cons

Travel can sometimes be heavy. Long hours are not uncommon. Pace can be hectic and stressful. Ultimately, your experience will be shaped depending on which teams you are on and which manager you happen to fall under. If you're assigned to good people, you're in luck. If not, it will be a difficult experience.
