excellent training, cooperative environment, warm atmosphere

Cons

very badly skewed sense of promotions, no sense of meritocracy. Crass favoritism borderlines on nepotism

Pros

Breadth and diversity of opportunities. Scale of the business creates unique stretch assignments. Commitment to professional development. Savvy leadership that understands talent is the differentiator.

Cons

Demanding and fast paced. Not going to be a good fit for those who wait to be told what to do.
